KTM sets the new standard in the travel segment with the new Adventure generation. It's over a decade now since the first Adventure motorcycle from Mattighofen appeared on the market – with the genes of the KTM that won the Dakar Rally eleven times in succession. The consistent transfer of expertise from racing into series production was the guarantee for the KTM Adventures always being ahead of the rest of the pack. The new 1190 Adventure sets the standard for the whole travel segment: 150 hp with a weight of only 230 kg fully tanked combine to produce a power-to-weight ratio previously unheard of in this class and therefore delivering unrivalled ride dynamics. At the same time, the powerful, economical and cultivated engine enables either particularly relaxed and comfortable riding or, if required, super-sporty propulsion – with every conceivable level in between. The chassis combines lightness with outstanding geometry and fantastic suspension, which, together with completely new tyres for the travel enduro class, allow undreamed of riding pleasure in all conditions and whatever speed you desire, from very relaxed to very, very fast.

- Must have prior sales experience, Not necessarily in a motorcycle or motorsports dealership.
- Must demonstrate a positive attitude and possess excellent communication skills to work with customers and dealership staff.
- Must have strong selling skills and the ability to adapt to current selling program.
- Must be able to consistently close sales.
- Must have good computer skills, be able to demonstrate proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office software, and be able to quickly learn new software applications that are specific to the dealership.
- Must be familiar with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools or possess the ability to quickly learn the use of database centric
- Must have excellent spoken and written communication skills.
- Prefer knowledge of, and experience with, Ducati and KTM motorcycles and other products sold by the dealership.
- Most important the applicant must be willing to work evenings and weekends. This position is salary plus commission. The majority of the pay plan is based on closing sales.
A full benefits package are available to the qualified candidate that includes partial company paid health insurance and retirement savings program after one year of employment.
Ducati present 1199RS13 Superbike and start to reveal 2013 models at Cologne’s Intermot show
Ducati has started to reveal its 2013 range at the Intermot International Motorcycle Show in Cologne, Germany, displaying new colours in the Diavel and Superbike families and, as the famous naked icon now celebrates 20 years of production, special Anniversary versions of the Monster 696, 796 and 1100EVO. The recently released 2013 Ducati Multistrada 1200 also made its first-ever public appearance, as did the brand new 1199 Panigale RS13, which is now ready to make its debut in the World Superbike series next year. Company CEO, Gabriele Del Torchio, and General Manager, Claudio Domenicali addressed the world’s motorcycle press during a special conference held on the Italian manufacturer’s stand at the massive biennial event.
